Alan Nunns Associate
Alan is an associate at PulsePoint Group where he primarily focuses on operations management and consulting support for the digital social re-engineering projects in the company. He also co-manages office operations.
Prior to joining PulsePoint Group Alan was part of the founding team at Strategic Oxygen where he ran operations and client support and enablement for the software tool at the core of the companies offerings. The tool served over 2,500 technology marketers. He continued this role through the acquisitions by Monitor Group and Forrester Research.
Previously, Alan worked at Apple Computer in Sales Support serving as operations coordinator for the call center where he was responsible for scheduling the support center staff and supplying management with daily metrics reporting.
Alan attended the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in speech communications. He lives in Austin, Texas.
