- Crisis management: Counseled a “fund of funds” in its communications with investors and with the media in the aftermath of the 2008 market collapse and the Bernard Madoff scandal.
- Communications training and development: For one of the world’s largest computer and electronics manufacturers, helped develop a world-class, university-style training program for its communications professionals.
- Branding and positioning: Was part of the PulsePoint Group team that created a new name, mission statement, and overall brand for a nonprofit organization devoted to technology transfer.
