Don Cogman
Chairman

Don is one of the true leaders in the communications industry, with nearly thirty years of public relations, public affairs and advertising experience in New York and Washington, D.C. As Chairman of PulsePoint Group, Don works primarily at the intersection of pubic affairs and crisis/issues management. Clients he has advised include the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association and CA. He is a former president and chief operating officer of Burson-Marsteller and an executive vice president of Young & Rubicam. Don has particularly deep experience working with companies in energy-related industries.

Currently, Don is chairman of CC Investments LLC, a private investment firm in Scottsdale, AZ; chairman of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Young Entrepreneur Foundation, NFIB’s education arm; a member of the NFIB Board of Directors; and a Presidential Appointee to the National Council of the National Endowment for the Arts.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) in Washington D.C. and a member of the Advisory Committee to the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Oklahoma and serves on their Governance Committee.

Don has also served on the Executive Committee and chairman of the Governance Committee of The Acting Company, a national traveling repertory theatre company founded at the Juilliard School in New York and was a recent appointee to the President’s Commission on the U.S. Postal Service.

He is a native of Oklahoma, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is married with four children.
