Prior to joining PulsePoint Group, Elizabeth worked at Social Factor, a digital marketing startup in downtown Austin. There, she spearheaded strategy and execution, performing audits to assess brand strengths and opportunities across multiple channels. Her insights led to content strategy recommendations tailored to clients’ unique business objectives. She executed recommendations by orchestrating community management and educating leadership teams on best practices.
She worked with clients such as Bank of America, Marketing Advocate, Chief Outsiders, Chaotic Moon Studios and numerous B2B and B2C clients across the travel, healthcare and finance sectors.
Elizabeth graduated from the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minor in Rhetoric and Communication Studies.
